Start by filling out our inquiry form or booking a tour of your preferred venue. Once you’ve selected a date, we’ll send over a rental agreement and invoice. A deposit is required to lock in your date.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to transfer your deposit to a future date based on availability. Full cancellations made within 30 days may incur additional charges.

Absolutely! We have an open vendor policy—you’re free to choose your own caterer, planner, DJ, florist, and more. All vendors must be licensed and insured. Need referrals? We have a list of trusted local partners.

Vendors must provide proof of insurance and follow setup/cleanup guidelines. We do not allow vendors to cook onsite unless previously approved (e.g., food trucks or mobile chefs).

Yes! Several venues like The Lodge, The Landing, and Southmoreland can be rented for the full weekend, perfect for weddings and multi-day retreats.

Each venue varies, but most include indoor/outdoor ceremony spaces, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, sound systems (Sonos or Bluetooth), and basic event setup access.

Yes! All of our venues are designed to accommodate both ceremony and reception in one seamless location, with options for indoor and outdoor setups.

Yes. While we don’t provide full event coordination, a venue representative will be available to assist with logistics, venue access, and general support.

Yes, all venues have private parking lots or designated guest parking areas. Larger venues like The Stables and The Landing offer ample space for vendors, shuttles, and guests.

Some of our venues are pet-friendly! Just let us know in advance if you’d like your furry friend to be part of the celebration, and we’ll confirm which locations allow it.

We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings or popular weekend dates. Smaller events may be available with shorter notice.
